CNC parts processing process
Add Time:2025-03-28
CNC parts processing process mainly includes the following steps:
Design and drawing: First, uses computer aided design (CAD) software to design the parts, and draw the parts drawings. In CAD software, can determine the size, shape and machining requirements of parts.
Programming: programming according to the result of process planning using CNC programming software. programming personnel need to write the correct processing program according to the parts drawings and processing requirements, and ensure the correctness and feasibility of the program.
Program verification: Before formal processing, needs to verify the program written. This can be achieved by simulation software or trial cutting on the cutting bed, to check the correctness and feasibility of the program, and find and correct errors in time.
Machine tool setup and workpiece clamping: before the beginning of processing, need to set up the CNC machine properly, including clamping workpiece, installation of the appropriate cutting tool, selection of the appropriate cutting speed and feed speed, and adjust the machine coordinate system and the position of the table. At the same time, the surface of the workpiece should be cleaned before clamping, and use the appropriate fixture to ensure that the position and posture of the workpiece is correct.
Formal machining: input the verified program into the CNC machine tool, start formal machining. According to the machining program, CNC machine tool will automatically carry out cutting operation, according to the predetermined path and parameters to process the workpiece.
Quality inspection: after processing, quality inspection of the workpiece, to ensure that it meets the processing requirements.
The specific CNC machining process may vary due to different parts, equipment, process requirements and other factors.

Process planning: according to the requirements of the parts drawings, to develop a reasonable processing plan. This includes selecting the appropriate processing equipment, tool, fixture, at the same time to determine the processing parameters and processing route. Adjust and optimize this step based on actual conditions.
